The campuses that run under the watchful eyes of trained security personnel, from the entrance gate until the exit point. Security team is supported by advanced technology, with 24*7 CCTV monitoring of strategic locations and is empowered by a wireless control room with enhanced security surveillance. A disaster management room has been established to combat any emergency and access controlled buildings to restrict access to only authorized personnel into the buildings. The basements are equipped with LED lights with enhanced illumination.
We regularly conduct mock drills for fire and safety, in coordination with the various local agency. Special training is conducted for our security personnel to prepare them to counter any adversity. Employees on the ground are regularly being trained and updated on the security challenges so that they can proactively react to any kind of situation.

As part of taking proactive measures to combat any future exigencies, an “Armed attack drill” was conducted at one of the Candor TechSpace campuses. Around 190 fully trained officials from different agencies (Private & Govt.) participated in the drill that lasted for 5 hours. This was achieved in synchronization between different teams of local police, traffic, ambulance, fire & security groups like NSG.The aim of this exercise was to strengthen overall security, team communication & Business continuity protocol.
